The POTUS has once more been spotted with a large bruise on his hand<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The President of the United States has given a candid excuse for the bruising on his hand that was recently spotted during his appearance at the World Economic Forum in Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Trump joined several other major political figures in Davos this week for the WEF but it wasn\u2019t just his plans for Greenland that got people talking, yet the large bruise that was on his hand.<\/p>\n

The bruising was spotted on the back of Trump\u2019s left hand during a signing ceremony for the \u2018Board of Peace\u2019 on January 22.<\/p>\n

The mark looked very similar to one the US president had back in March of last year which sparked concerns about Trump\u2019s health at the time.<\/p>\n

The president has now addressed the most recent bruising on his hand while onboard Air Force One on his way back to the States.<\/p>\n

Supposedly the daily aspirin he takes can lead to him bruising more easily.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

\u201cThey say take aspirin if you like your heart, but don\u2019t take aspirin if you don\u2019t want to have a little bruising. I take the big aspirin.\u201d, he explained.<\/p>\n

According to Reuters, Trump added: \u201cThe doctor said, \u2018You don\u2019t have to take that, sir. You\u2019re very healthy.\u2019 I said, \u2018I\u2019m not taking any chances.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

As per White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt \u2014 who is currently pregnant with her second child \u2014 the president hit his hand on the corner of a table during yesterday\u2019s signing ceremony.<\/p>\n

According to Harvard Health, taking low-dosage aspirin does indeed make you more susceptible to bruising.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

On the website, Dr. Deepak Bhatt explained: \u201cAspirin decreases the ability of tiny cell fragments in the blood, called platelets, from clumping together and forming clots. Preventing these clots will help you avoid a repeat heart attack. But it can make you bleed a little more easily, including the below-the-skin bleeding seen in bruises.<\/p>\n

\u201cSmall cuts may take a bit longer than usual to stop bleeding. People sometimes also say their gums bleed more easily when they floss or brush their teeth after starting low-dose aspirin. An electric toothbrush can help in that regard. Likewise, an electric shaver may help you avoid bleeding from razor cuts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s explanation comes after last year Leavitt said the bruising on his hand was from \u2018constantly working and shaking hands all day every day\u2019.<\/p>\n

After people pointed out the bruising, the president was later spotted with a serious amount of make up on one of his hands in an apparent attempt to hide another bruise he\u2019d developed.<\/p>\n
